- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)


- Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

- Preheat and Prep:

- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a pie dish.

- Cook the Filling:

- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.


- Add the Alheira sausage meat, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until it starts to brown.
