Ingredients:

- 1 pound of large shrimp, peeled, deveined, and tails removed


- 2-3 teaspoons of minced garlic


- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley


- Salt and pepper, to taste


- Juice of one lemon


- 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning


- 4 tablespoons of butter

Method:

- In a large pan, melt the butter over medium-high heat.


- Add the shrimp and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp are pink and opaque.


- Add the garlic and cook for one more minute. Stir in the lemon juice and parsley, then serve.

Notes:


For extra flavor, you can add a splash of white wine or chicken broth along with the garlic. This will help to deglaze the pan and create a delicious sauce to coat the shrimp.
