Syrniki
Syrniki are a beloved Eastern European delicacy, particularly popular in Russia and Ukraine. These delectable cheese pancakes, made from farmer's cheese (tvorog), offer a crispy exterior with a soft, creamy interior. Traditionally served for breakfast or as a dessert, Syrniki are best enjoyed with a dollop of sour cream, jam, or honey, making them a versatile treat that combines the savory with the sweet.
