- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled


- 1/2 cup fresh mulberries


- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries


- 1 ripe banana


- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt


- 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)


- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)


- Ice cubes (optional)

Method:

- Wash the strawberries, mulberries, and blueberries thoroughly.


- Hull the strawberries and remove any stems.


- Peel the banana and slice it into chunks.


- In a blender, combine the strawberries, mulberries, blueberries, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and honey or maple syrup if using.
